Before you jump in

A few good questions.

Need a hand? Read ourSteam profile, playtime and pricing guides, orcompare your library with a friend.

Do I need to sign in with Steam?

No. Paste a public profile link or Steam ID and you’re ready to go. We never ask for your Steam password.

Is this how much I actually spent?

No. Library value uses available USD catalog prices, which may differ from what you paid. Cost per hour divides those estimates by your playtime.

What is my Steam account worth?

What many people call Steam account value is the catalog price of the games you own. That is the estimate shown here. It is not what you paid or a resale price. How the estimate works.

How many hours do other players spend in a game?

Open any game in a profile, or themost-played games, to see its median hours, playtime distribution and most dedicated players.

Will every game appear in the list?

The list shows up to 100 most-played games with more than an hour played. Ownership and playtime totals include all owned games; price estimates appear as catalog details become available.
